I paddle, I run, and I train. I played football from ages 8-19; when it was over, it was over quickly. It took some time, but I finally learned to compete within myself.

Outside of sport, I spend my time playing my guitar, taking my puppy to do fun things, and seeking adventures with my wife Ashley.
